Gail Feldman is a local government manager with extensive finance and policy analysis experience during the past 20 years. She currently is a Senior Management Analyst with the City of Berkeley, California and recently served as the manager for solar and energy efficiency financing programs for the City’s Office of Energy and Sustainable Development.

She has held positions as a Senior Analyst and Legislative Director for the Solano County Administrator’s Office and the Napa County Executive Office.  She was Chief Legislative Analyst to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and the Managing Principal of a consulting practice specializing in local government and non-profit operations. She has extensive travel experience throughout the world and has been an advocate of promoting human rights and environmentally sound practices at home and abroad.

Gail currently serves on the Board of the Municipal Management Association of Northern California. She received her B.A. from Oberlin College and a Master’s in Public Administration from San Francisco State University.
