Born and bred in London, England, Martha has recently hopped, skipped and jumped across ‘the pond’ to volunteer with the Ethical Traveler team. Fresh from a Geography degree at the University of Cambridge, where she specialized in nature and governance in sub-Saharan Africa, she is excited about her move to San Francisco and eager to learn from a great cultural experience.

She has combined travel with environmental conservation projects in South Africa, with research on the impacts of tourism in the Atlas Mountains and Western Europe and with her inbuilt geographical inquisitiveness.
