Born and raised in Central Wisconsin, Megan Wood has dreamed of working as a travel writer since childhood.  After college, she served as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay.  Megan has lived and worked on four continents and both American coasts.  Currently, she is the writer-in-residence for Belize’s Tourism Board.  This summer she will be traveling through the rest of Central America, working as a freelance writer and documenting her experiences on her blog, www.mybohemianlife.com.
