 Tibetans to Join Relief Work in BiharNew Delhi, September 5 - After 6 months of vigorous political campaign, the Tibetan Youth Congress diverted its energy to a social cause, the relief works in Bihar which saw the biggest ever disaster caused by flood in 50 years. The Tibetan Youth Congress has set up a relief team to coordinate relief efforts and provide logistical support to those affected by the recent floods in the state.
